Where is the itinerary?
The detailed itinerary will be provided at least 45 days prior to departure. You will receive an overview of the activities and excursions planned for this trip, ensuring you’re well-prepared for the adventure ahead.
Can I bring my children/partner?
This trip is intended for adults only. Travelers must be at least 21 years of age. Spouses are welcome if you choose to bring them along. Should you wish to extend your stay, we are here to assist with any additional arrangements.

Where do I fly into?
Please plan to arrive at JFK International Airport on November 2nd
to prepare for our flight to travel to Bali. We suggest flying in at least 1 to 2 days early in New York to make sure you do not miss your flight to Bali at JFK. If you do not allow, She Suite Travel to book your flight we ask that you please arrive at the Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) to prepare for our flight back to JFK. We recommend flying a day or two in advance to ensure a smooth start to your trip. Departures should be planned on October 10, 2026, from Bali.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Please inform us in advance about any specific dietary needs or restrictions you have so we can ensure your needs are met throughout your stay.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. Ensure your policy covers trip cancellation and medical emergencies. Reading the fine print to understand what is and isn’t covered is crucial.
Do I need a visa?
Visa requirements depend on your passport. We will assist you in obtaining any necessary visas. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates and has at least two blank pages.
What do I need to pack?
We will provide a comprehensive packing list to ensure you have everything you need for your journey. This will be sent well in advance of your departure.
What vaccinations do I need?
We will provide the most up-to-date information regarding any required vaccinations for travel to Bali. Additionally, it’s advisable to consult your physician for personal health advice.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN
You can enroll in automatic billing. When you book, an even payment will be calculated for you. You will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money, you paid for your vacation is even
worse. Trip insurance is highly recommended. You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully.

TRAVEL NOTES

A passport is needed to travel to Bali. It must be valid for six months beyond your travel dates and have at least two blank pages.

Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

Once your flight is purchased, you should enter your flight information to ensure proper transportation.

Making reservations for this package acknowledges your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

All payments to She Suite Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because She Suite Travel has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that do not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification (passport).

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee. After the final payment date, name change fees will increase to $150 per change.

Late payments will incur a fee of $250 per person after the final due date listed on your payment plan and will be automatically added to your reservations.
