Failure to make a payment for 60 days without communication may result in automatic cancellation of your reservations. If your roommate fails to make their payment, you will be responsible for finding a new roommate or covering the additional cost for the room occupancy change. We advise careful consideration when selecting roommates.
If your roommate cancels their reservation, your account will be adjusted to reflect the package price based on the new occupancy level in your room.
