Do you provide refunds?
No, She Suite Travel LLC does not offer refunds or money transfers. Each client must accept our Terms and Conditions prior to making a reservation, and submitting the deposit signifies agreement to these terms. We strongly recommend that all clients protect their investment by purchasing travel insurance.
What payments do you accept?
She Suite Travel LLC accepts online payments. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for your convenience.
Do I have to make a payment every month?
At She Suite Travel LLC, we encourage clients to make payments monthly. If you encounter difficulties in making a payment, please notify us via email promptly. Failure to make a payment for 60 days without communication may result in automatic cancellation of your reservations. Additionally, late fees and other charges may apply as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
What happens if I make my payment, but my roommate fails to pay?
If your roommate fails to make their payment, you will be responsible for finding a new roommate or covering the additional cost for the room occupancy change. We advise careful consideration when selecting roommates.
What happens if my roommate drops out and cancels their reservation?
If your roommate cancels their reservation, your account will be adjusted to reflect the package price based on the new occupancy level in your room.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN
You can enroll in automatic billing. When you book, an even payment will be calculated for you. You will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money, you paid for your vacation is even
worse. Trip insurance is highly recommended. You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully.

A passport is not needed to travel to Napa. But if you do, it must be valid for six months beyond your travel dates and have at least two blank pages.

Refunds will not be provided for expired passports or ID's.

Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

Once your flight is purchased, you should enter your flight information to ensure proper transportation.

Making reservations for this package acknowledges your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

All payments to She Suite Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because She Suite Travel has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that do not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification (passport).

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee. After the final payment date, name change fees will increase to $150 per change.

Late payments will incur a fee of $25 per person after the 5thday after the due date listed on your payment plan and will be automatically added to your reservations.
